Oberoi Realty Partnership with L&T to Build Three Sixty North in Gurugram
Mumbai-based real estate developer Oberoi Realty has marked its entry into the Delhi-NCR residential market with an ultra-luxury development " Three Sixty North " on Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 58, Gurugram. Spread across approximately 14.81875 acres, the land was acquired for around ₹597 crore and offers a total development potential of nearly 2.6 million sq. ft. of floor area, making it one of the company’s significant residential ventures outside Mumbai. To execute this landmark development, Oberoi Realty has appointed Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as the construction partner. The contract has been awarded to L&T’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) business, which is responsible for delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects across India.
