Oberoi Realty Partnership with L&T to Build Three Sixty North in Gurugram

 Mumbai-based real estate developer Oberoi Realty has marked its entry into the Delhi-NCR residential market with an ultra-luxury development "Three Sixty North" on Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 58, Gurugram. Spread across approximately 14.81875 acres, the land was acquired for around ₹597 crore and offers a total development potential of nearly 2.6 million sq. ft. of floor area, making it one of the company’s significant residential ventures outside Mumbai.

To execute this landmark development, Oberoi Realty has appointed Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as the construction partner. The contract has been awarded to L&T’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) business, which is responsible for delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects across India. The order is classified as a “significant” contract, typically valued between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore, although the exact value has not been disclosed. L&T’s involvement adds strong engineering expertise, execution capability, and construction reliability to the project.

The development is planned as a low-density luxury residential community comprising seven high-rise towers (Tower A to Tower G), designed in phases to ensure structured development and open surroundings. Each tower is envisioned as a high-rise residential structure with premium specifications, ensuring privacy and spacious living.

The 360 North Gurgaon offers large-format 4 BHK residences of approximately 5,500 sq. ft. and 5 BHK residences of approximately 8,500 sq. ft. The floor plans are designed with emphasis on wide living spaces, large decks, natural light, and functional layouts that support modern family living. Every home is planned to offer a sense of openness, with efficient circulation areas and thoughtfully designed interiors.
