Oberoi Realty Plans to Launch the Second Phase of Three Sixty North Next Year

Oberoi Realty has announced that it plans to launch the second phase of Three Sixty North in Gurugram during the next financial year. The announcement comes after the outstanding success of the project's first phase, which was officially launched on 29 June 2026. According to the company, the first phase received an overwhelming response from homebuyers and generated gross bookings of ₹8,109 crore, making it one of the most successful luxury residential launches in the Delhi-NCR market.

Oberoi Three Sixty North is Oberoi Realty's first residential project in the NCR region. Located in Sector 58, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, the development spans approximately 14.8 acres and has been designed as a low-density luxury community. The master plan includes seven residential towers, with the first phase comprising Towers A, B, C, E, F, and G, while Tower D is expected to be launched in the upcoming second phase.

The 360 North Gurgaon floor plan offers spacious 3 BHK + Studio, 4 BHK + Studio, luxury duplex residences, and exclusive penthouses, with apartment sizes ranging from approximately 5,500 sq. ft. to 13,000 sq. ft. Residents will enjoy over 100 premium lifestyle amenities, a grand clubhouse, landscaped open spaces, wellness facilities, and excellent connectivity to Golf Course Road, NH-48, Cyber City, and the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro Station.

Following the strong response to the first phase, Oberoi Realty has confirmed its plans to introduce the next phase in the coming year. However, the company has not yet announced the official launch date, apartment configurations, or pricing for Phase 2. These details are expected to be released closer to the launch.
